Fresco crashed and deleted layer with all art on it

HELP!  I've put over 20 hours into a painting and the app crashed and deleted the layer with all of my crucial work on it.   The document was saved to the cloud many times before this crash and now there is a duplicate file with "conflict" at the end of the name.  Can I restore a previously saved version? I'm pretty upset about this.
