Fresco crashed, and now the file I was working on won’t open (not a valid PSD file)

This used to happen constantly, and I’d just duplicate the file and lose some progress, but now duplication is greyed out and the latest cloud save on the version history and creative cloud are 4 days old. I did a lot of work in the past 4 days and don’t want to lose all of that progress. Is there some way to recover the local file?
