Fresco crashes on action 2
as there is no further answer to my previous thread, altough the topic is not resolved, I try to push it by posting it again. Sorry for that, but I desperately need a solution.
I am working on a Microsoft Surface 10 and tried to install Fresco. I am able to start Fresco but any further action ends up in a crash, like creating a new document, open an existing document or even just start the introduction, Fresco crashes after a short loading time.
In the meantime, I have updated everything, updated all drivers and programs, uninstalled Adobe CC and all programs, run Adobe Cleaner and reinstalled Adobe CC. Then I installed Fresco again first. Unfortunately still without success. Fresco crashes as soon as I start any action.
I read in the forum that I should install Fresco under a different admin account. Can I still access it with my normal admin or do I have to change the user every time?
There's no way to set my graphics chip to high performance. The drivers are all updated.
And again there is no way to upload the created ZXP file directly with a Surface.
Where should I send or upload the file? Is there a link? In this forum the zxp format is not allowed to upload.
And, please, notice: I DON'T WANT TO INSTALL A ZXP FILE.
So posting how to install it, will not be helpful and my problem is definetly not solved by posting installation guides.
