Fresco crashes on startup

This seems to be a common problem. One that I've yet to see solved on the forum. Not sure Adobe care to address it.

 

Since the last update I am no longer able to run Fresco. It crashes on startup once it displays the loading documents message. I have tried reinstalling creative cloud, reinstalling fresco. Reverting to an older version. Nothing works.

 

I'm running:

 

HP ZBook Fury 17 G7 Mobile Workstation, 16.00 GB memory, Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz, AMD Radeon(TM) Pro W5500M

 

The program in its earlier incarnations was occasionally problematic with crashes but then settled down for several versions. Now it won't even open. It is causing me to reflect on whether I'm satsified with Adobe products and the extortion I pay for them. Might be time to find alternatives.

mistakes mistakes, annoying people, 1 year without being able to do anything. They still don't return Adobe Draw to the store, they keep losing customers, I'm happy about it. company shame. return adobe draw, nobody wants to use this Fresco, slow, blocked, boring crap.

Absolute silence from Adobe on this. Just tried the latest update... still the same.

 

I must say this has encouraged me to switch to Rebelle 5. It's a great program. It actually runs and has better features.

I using windows for krita digital painting software and ipad on fresco. If I know the fresco won't work for months ...

Still not working. Still no further help. Adobe, I'm paying for this.

Bug reports are best sent to the developers directly. Since you can't do so through the app send an email to (frescohelp at adobe dot com)  Include information such as App Version, OS Version, Device Model, Available Memory, Total Memory, Free Disc Space, Total Disc Space, GPU Name and GPU Driver Version. All of this would be included in the email if you were able to go through the apps Bug Report link, so it would be helpful if you can include it.

I was also advised to email the above and having done so been left alittle dismayed/disappointed. I've had very little correspondance from that email ( frescohelp at adobe dot com ) and the advice I have had hasn't even been applicable, eg. update your intel drivers even though I've provided the specs of my machine which clearly show I'm running AMD & Open your files online at assests.adobe and manually export to fresco even though I can't open fresco and thats the whole nature of the trouble shoot.

I have sent my bug report, provided system information. Had the same email from Adobe that you have and followed the same steps... predictably with no success. I now await the same success as yourself in recieving further help!
