Fresco crashes on startup Windows 10

Fresco crashes on startup while "loading documents".  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and restarting multiple times.  I have the latest version of Windows 10, my graphics drivers are up to date, plenty of disk space left.  Not sure what the problem is.
