Fresco Crashes trying to load my files

Hi,

as soon as this load finishes my Fresco App crashes...

I already uninstall and install it to see if it was something about the recent update installation may have gone wrong... But it hadn't worked at all... Any advice or solution?

My PC is Windows, with 36GB of Ram and AMD Ryzen 7 3800XT 8-Core Processor 3.90 GHz with an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT, with half a TB of free storage...

Thank you very much,

AslanSN

Sorry, but in my PC there's only my account, so it is an administrator account, I still need to create a new one?...

Check the system requirements, AMD graphics processors seem to have additional needs.

Yeah....I'm lost here.  I haven't used a Windows machine in well over a decade, so I know nothing about the current Windows OS and their needs
