Fresco crashes while opening existing project.

Hi, I am batteling issue with Fresco v3.2. The app will crash each time I try to open an existing project after restart.

 

This works fine each time when I reinstall the app. I can work on the painting with no issues. I can switch between projects, but as soon as I close the app or reboot the PC the problem returns.  

 

This looks like some sort of caching issue. If there is a file path where I can delete cache files, I would gladly try that.

 

I have the latest drivers and updates on the system. Already tried simple steps that have been posted here for 100+ users with similar experience. None of it works.

 

System specs:

Wacom Mobile Studio pro 13

Windows 11

Intel® Core™ i7
Intel® Iris™ Plus Graphics 655
16 GB DDR
512 GB SSD (400GB free space)

System is optimized for high performane.

 

Please advice.

There seems to be a lot of reports on here regarding issues with Fresco on Windows 11. Your best option would be to send a bug report through the app directly to the development team. (App Settings > Help > Report a bug)
