Good morning. Lately I've been having problems with sync in Creative Cloud. First of all, I can't open my files saved in the cloud. They are all in .PSDC but for some reason Adobe Fresco cannot open them. Is like this format isn't compatible but I don't understad why a program save automatically files in a format that cannot open it. This have never happened to me before. Besides this, now the files doesn't sync in the cloud and when I try to a save a copy and recover it, it give me an error saying that it cannot save a copy and of course I can't open it. So I don't know what is happening, this is a problem for me because I have files to finish for this week  and idk why is happening. I'll wait an answer and thanks in advance.

Hello @Nullsifú349757867siu,

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind creating a duplicate of the file you're having trouble with to check if it helps?

If the problem persists, kindly share a link to a sample cloud document (https://adobe.ly/3Tuc2T9) so we can check it on our end.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thanks,

Hi! Thanks for your answer. I have this problem with all of my files in the cloud, I found a way to have access but it doesn't resolve my problem. Now im exporting from creative cloud app the files in PSD format and opening them in fresco, but I still don't understand why Fresco doesn't open PSDC files but it save them in that format automatically in the cloud. I share you a link from one of my files https://photoshop.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:b9a128aa-b527-4e59-984a-e5b3d788054f

I hope this could help to know why is this happening. By the way, there are some files that doesn't sync yet. Thanks for all your help.
