Fresco Download Error 119 on Windows

Question

I have the same problem with Fresco. Adobe products are full of bugs, bugs that are repaid on one version and reappear in the future!
 
The problem that I see is they are focused only on profits, they hire inexperienced people which are paid poorly, and by the time they start learning they are replaced with new inexperienced ones. This is a vicious circle that leads to poor and convoluted software. The only feasible way out is to vote with our wallets, IMO.

We understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to install Fresco on your computer. Would you mind trying the suggestions shared in this help article (https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/common-network-connectivity-issues.html) and checking if it helps?

Also, try installing Fresco under a different administrator account (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account-in-windows-...) and share your observations.
