fresco file disappearing

Hi. My fresco I pad app crushed yesterday and the file  i was working on disappeared from the creative cloud. A huge damage since I was working on that file for the last 2 weeks and this is the only save option on fresco (VS export).

I contacted adobe support twice since yesterday, using the "report a bug" option on the app, but received no replay other than the automatic one… did anyone have the same experience? Can I relay on fresco as a working tool?
