Fresco for PC

Does Fresco only work on the Surface.   I have a brand new PC running i3-9100 CPU @3.60Ghz and it does not work.  What a waste of money if it doesn't

As of now, the Fresco app is available on the devices mentioned here: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/fresco/system-requirements.html

But we're accepting all the feature requests here: https://adobefresco.uservoice.com/
