Fresco : format not supported. The document does not appear to be a valid psd file.

This is showing when I try to open few of mine artworks. I haven't touched them for a while and cannot export file to photoshop as well. With one file it says that size is too large, but I am unable to export it to photoshop to change a size. Please, how can I recover my files?

    I made a duplicate and was able to open it in Fresco, but had same issue as you.

      Did you ever find a solution for this problem?

      You could try with the large file changing the extension to .psb to see if the larger file name helps you here.

      I've noticed there are some features you can use in Photoshop which do prevent the file from being able to be opened in Fresco. I couldn't pinpoint what those features are though.
