Fresco frequently crashing

I am tired of this app. I use Fresco a lot, its features are great, but it keeps on crashing for multiple reasons. I have a Microsoft Laptop Studio, 32Go RAM, Intel i7 3.30GHz and even though, very often (like multiple times a day) Fresco crashes when I create a blank file, or, most of the time when in the middle of drawing something. Some other times it's my stylus that suddenly isn't working anymore and I have to restard the app or the computer so it can work again.

 

If anybody has experienced similar issues and resolved it, well thanks a lot for your advice. Otherwise, it's a real shame Fresco has great tool and features, but I am so tired of those issues preventing me from working efficiently, so I am considering buying another drawing softwares.

Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/4iXWjqp) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/3ReQx82) to the latest version and checking if it helps?

 

Also, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4iYOy3s). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4iBHU3a...) and share your observations.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the logs by following the steps shared in this help article (https://adobe.ly/4izxO2J) so we can check it with the team.

Hi,

Yes everything was already up to date. And lately even my stylus lags using
Fresco (it works fine in other apps). I've just uploaded the log:

Thanks for sharing the logs and for your patience!

To investigate this thoroughly, could you please:

Upload the crash dump files from the following location to Google Drive (or a similar file-sharing service) and share the download link here

C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.Fresco<app id>\AC\Dumps

Also, generate fresh Adobe logs, upload them to Google Drive or a similar service, and share the link here. Additionally, note down the exact time the crash happened so we can correlate it with the logs.

 

Once we have this data, we can share it with the team for a deeper investigation. I'm looking forward to hearing back from you!
