Fresco Halo Effect Glitch

Question

hi there, had to stop using fresco because i’ve had this glitch using my surface pro 9 for at least 5 months now, before then it was working great with no issues. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times with no luck.

when you draw or rub stuff on the screen you get this weird halo effect and it gets worse the longer the pen is on the screen for…

i’m on the latest version of fresco and windows

can anyone help ?

Hello @Jacob23068221q3ey,That does seem disturbing. Would you mind performing a clean reinstallation of the GPU(s) drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD), setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4g2rJxU), and checking if it helps?Also, try running Fresco under a different administrator account (Windows)and share your observations.Looking forward to hearing from you.Anubhav
