Hi,
I was working on an illustration today and after closing and reopening the App all the layers went blank.
There was no error message o a strange crash and in the chronology I've 8 tab of blank. Is there a way to retrieve my file?
Best option would be to use the Report a Bug feature available in the app. App Settings > Help > Report a Bug.
This will open up an email and get you in direct contact with the developers. They are in a better position to help with lost content than other users who are generally the ones who respond on these forums.
