bonjour

Retour de vacances J'avais un process qui etait bien en place pour mon tavail sur Fresco ... mais La synchronisation des bibliothèques CC ne se fait plus correctement dans fresco je n’ai que les fichiers qui étaient synchronisés il y a 1/2 mois , mais le plus grave, avec la bibliothèqueCC je ne peux plus importer dans Fresco les fichier en SVG, car je ne travail quasiment que avec des calques et crayons vectoriels, il ne sont pas visible. Donc d’après moi il y a un bug de l’appli suite certainement une nouvelle version. Peut ont télécharger une version précédente en attente d'un eventuel recticatif? Dans L'attente d'une solution

Thanks for confirming. Is it a photo (JPEG/PNG/BMP/TIFF) that you're trying to import? Those will be imported as a Photo layer.
Would you mind confirming the version of Fresco you were able to use for this?

Bonjour je ne peux plus importer des Fichiers de ma bibliothequeCC sur un calque vectriel ... depuis la nouvelle version CATASTROPHE Merci de me guider si c'est bug appli ou autres Merci

It's worth noting that Creative Cloud Libraries primarily store assets such as colors, character styles, and graphics created within Adobe applications. However, for image assets, we are transitioning to using Adobe Lightroom to import photos in Fresco due to the EOL for Creative Cloud files. You might want to consider importing your images through Lightroom if you have them saved there. Alternatively, you can save your images locally on your device and import them directly into Fresco.

Merci pour de votre reponse, le probleme est que lors d'une importation via Lightroom ou Biblio CC ça me le pose sur un calque photo, pas un calque vectoriel. Alors qu'il y 1/2 mois ça me le faisait Théo

Hello @Théo Jumix,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Fresco does not support importing SVG. For help with syncing, would you mind launching the Creative Cloud Desktop application, navigating to the Libraries Panel, and ensuring it's not turned off to check if the Sync starts working?

Toutes les synchronisations sont active mais Fresco ne me donne pas acces à tous les fichiers de la BiblioCC notament toutes les fichiers "forme" et autres
