Fresco is unable to open this document. Please contact support.

Fresco Version: iOS 5.6.5

 

i can't open the file suddenly 

I want to save my file when I am editing. However, there is a notification saying that it can't be saved, and told me to restart the app.

I follow the instructions. After I restart it and try to open it. It bug.

Hi, I am currently having the same problem. I was working on a project on Fresco, and then it froze and quit. Now, when I try to open the document, it says, "Fresco is unable to open this document. Please contact support." How can I fix this issue?

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. Would you mind trying to create a copy of the cloud document or reverting to an older version of it from the Cloud Documents website (https://adobe.ly/3W6LyJQ) to check if it helps?

If not, kindly share a link to the document (https://adobe.ly/3Wa9uME) so we can check it on our end.
Note: While sharing the link, kindly make it public and enable the option to Save a Copy under Link Settings.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your document. Did Fresco close unexpectedly while you were saving the file? Sometimes, this can cause issues with the file.

Could you please share the link to the file on the Adobe Assets website so we can examine it more closely? You can share the link here or via DM.

I am receiving the same message for all my works.

i was working then went to show my other pieces before I was logged out.
