Hello @yannat_7237,

Could you try duplicating the file from the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/3GiSAFQ) and then opening it in Fresco to check if it helps?

Also, try downloading the file and then manually importing it in Fresco and share your observations.

Hey! Since the issue persists, could you please share the file link to the file with us from Cloud Document website (https://adobe.ly/3Rv8FLe) so we can take a closer look? Just make sure the Sharing settings are set to “anyone with the link, and that “Save a copy” is enabled too. That’ll help us investigate this further with the team.
