FRESCO NOT COMPATABLE

Hello ,

I have a Wacom  Ctl-472 One By Small 8.3 X 5.7 and an AMD RX 580 GPU . 
I am trying to download and use fresco but it is not compatible. 

I have the latest drivers for my drawing tablet and for my GPU .

Check the system requirements page.

Specifically check the * note for AMD requirements.

One thing which tends to be a problem is having DirectX 12, you need to make sure you have DirectX 12.1

I'm not sure that Wacoms are mentioned, they are generally an additional mouse control device so this shouldn't affect your ability to install Fresco as long as the main computer you have is compatible.

There are requirements for certain wacom like the Mobile studio Pros that have a CPU inside (they are both a computer and a tablet) but the One isn't one of these, so as @Sjaani said, in that case it depends of your computer, the Wacom is irrelevant for the compatibility in your case.

 

Check that the system requirement fit your computer, following the link given previously.
For Windows computers only (Fresco is not compatible with Mac computers)
