Fresco (not compatible error)

I seem to have the latest updates on all software, but Fresco is still giving me an incompatability error. What do I do? I have a microsoft surface laptop 3.

Sorry to hear about this experience and for the late response. The NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 does not support DirectX 12.1 and therefore is incompatible for use with Fresco. You can try installing Fresco on a supported system and share your observations.

I'm also having the compatibility error for installing Fresco ('not yet compatible with your graphics card') but the Geforce GT 730 and the other system components meet the minimum requirements, and it has DirectX 12.1 enabled. Don't understand why it says it is not compatible.

Can you check if you have DirectX 12.1 This seems to be causing the most problems with incompatibility.
