fresco title screen briefly pops up then its gone heres my log AdobeLogs_20211121_105022_730-win.zip

I would suggest a direct email to (frescohelp at adobe dot come) with the Log attached for an issues such as this. With Windows 11 still being relatively new you're best to communicate directly with the developers.
