Fresco not running for new update and older version brush problem

It’s very outrageous that I’ve been reporting the problem for quite a few weeks now and there’s still no fix. Or, it just won't start on this machine. My brushes work perfectly on Ipad, while on windows I can only use the one older version in which most brushes don't work properly. One forward three behind the development.
