Fresco on windows desktop but not Mac Pro

The majority of people who  respond in these forums are volunteers who are not directly associated with Adobe, so we can't give you a response to you question. Adobe tends not to announce plans for inclusion of new devices, that way they can work on things until they are comfortable to release things.
So if they are working on Fresco for Mac it won't be announced until they're ready for users to access it.
For your particular request I would suggest going over to the UserVoice page and adding a comment to others who have already made the request or create your own if no-one else has already posted about it.
