Fresco Pixel Brushes - adding in progress Windows

I'm using the latest windows software of fresco 5.5.5 and I'm having trouble adding any brush sets. It never changes from adding in progress. Is there a workaround? I'm on my Microsoft surface tablet.

Hello @default25587160ec5o2n,

Could you try manually downloading the brushes' ABR files from here (https://adobe.ly/3QTMjCP) and then manually importing them in Fresco to see if it helps?

If the problem persists, please check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4jgbsno). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/43Amgbm...) and share your observations.

Sorry to hear that you’re still experiencing this issue. Could you please confirm the OS details of your device along with the version of Adobe Fresco you’re currently using?

Also, please try signing out of the Creative Cloud Desktop app, then sign back in and relaunch Fresco to check if that helps resolve the issue.
