Fresco se ferme lorsque j'ouvre un fichier

Le logiciel s'ouvre normalement depuis le début, mais récemment, il a commencé à beuger: quand je clique pour ouvrir un fichier existant ou en créer un nouveau, ça charge puis ça ferme le logiciel...

Could you share more details, like the version of the OS/Fresco installed and your device's make/model, so I can better assist you?

Also, try removing Fresco, restarting your device and then reinstalling Fresco and share your observations.

Bonjour, 

 

Je vous met une vidéo capture d'écran pour que vousvoyez le problème. 

Voici mon insallation : 

Windows 11 Famille, Version 24H2, 64Bit

Fresco 5.5.5 (dernière version dispo au 04/2025)

 

Nom de l'appareil MSI
Processeur 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11800H @ 2.30GHz 2.30 GHz
Mémoire RAM installée 16,0 Go (15,7 Go utilisable)
Type du système Système d’exploitation 64 bits, processeur x64
Stylet et fonction tactile Prise en charge du stylet


J'ai tout edémarrer, est ce que vous pensez que ça peut être du au maj Intel ou bien non prise en charge de la dernière version de Fresco ?

Thanks for sharing the details. Could you try reinstalling the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and setting the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4cLeYny) and checking if it helps?

 

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/3EkJuIi). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3Y7VEuF...) and share your observations.

 

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash dumps (.DMP and .LOG files) from the following location so we can check it with the team.:
C:\Users\<YOUR USERNAME>\AppData\Local\Packages\Adobe.Fresco_<guid>\AC\
