Fresco Shape Pack

I am trying to import the shape pack for content but the download isn't working and the bar wont go up, check attatched image. Can someone please help i need this for my class

Sorry to hear about your experience. Would you mind checking if all of your work is synced online at the Cloud Documents portal (https://adobe.ly/4g5xWXm)? If yes, kindly try removing and reinstalling Fresco to check if it helps. Also, try connecting to different network connection and share your observations.
