Fresco Storage Issue

We are using Fresco on iPads. We are getting an error saying we need 3gig of storage to run the app, but have 30 gigs available.

Sorry to hear about this experience. As pointed out by Michael, the additional storage space is required on your iPad's internal storage and not the Creative Cloud Storage. Kindly try freeing up additional storage on your iPad and then relaunch Freso to check if it helps.

Can you confirm Fresco is seeing this by showing a screen snapshot from your Fresco App Settings? Go under "Account," and expand "Creative Cloud Storage" and "LocalStorage:"

 

 

Or, re-reading this, are you saying you cannot even start the app at all?
