Fresco stuck on "loading documents" on surface pro 7

Hello,

 

I have just installed Fresco on my surface pro 7, but when I lunch the app, it stuck on "loading documents" forever. I have tried reinstalling Fresco, restarting the device and adobe creative suite, but nothing worked. Could you please help me to figure the issue out?

    Hi there,

     

    I apologize for the delay in responding to you both here but are you still facing this issue?

    Have you tried to connect through any other network to sync if that helps?

    Also, please let us know the version of the app on your device.
