Fresco to Illustrator file issue - PDF opens but is broken

Hello, hopefully someone will be able to helo me with this. 

 

Sometimes when I create a file in Fresco and export to pdf or use "Open a copy...illustrator desktop" the file open, but is destroyed. Check out the issue herein case the pics don't load. The first image shows the art work in Fresco, perfectly fine. The second shows what the pdf looks like when opened in Illustrator. The third is a screenshot of the pdf file from the finder. Its like the layers were clipped somehow. I've also tried exporting as a psd and and expanding the vector smart objects. I ran into the same issue.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this? What is a solution?

I'm using Fresco 4.6.1 on a 2016 Ipad Pro

Desktop - Mac Studio macOS Ventura Version 13.3.1

Illustrator: 27.6.1

Usually what I do when I have something in Frisco I want to open in Adobe illustrator or Adobe Photoshop is I will download the file to my computer and then open it and either program.

When you tried to Open a copy in illustrator did you choose to Convert Layers to Objects or flatten the image. Not sure if this will make a difference regarding your issue, but it could be worth experimenting with.

I'm also noticing a lot more posts from iPad to Mac having more difficulty than iPad to Windows devices.
