Fresco v5.0 y v5.01 se cierra. Windows 11

¡Hola! Soy nuevo aquí. He instalado Fresco recientemente, y en las versiones v5.0 y v5.01 el programa se me cierra automáticamente al querer abrir o crear un archivo, solo se cierra sin dejar ningún mensaje de error. Es con la única aplicación hasta el momento que me sucede.
He revisado el foro y he visto que muchos usuarios reportan exactamente el mismo problema, así que probé todas las soluciones que he encontrado en el foro por parte de los administradores y ninguna me funciono.
Recopile los registros con Log Collector Tool, no sé si de manera correcta, pero seguí los pasos.
Por otra parte, también adjunto un video con captura de pantalla del inconveniente.

Hello @NahuelDelaloye,

 

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. While I check this with the team, would you mind trying the following steps and sharing your observations:

1. Reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-110).

 

2. Try running Fresco under a different administrator account (Windows)

 

Additionally, collect the crash logs (.DMP) file from the Crash Reporter window so that I can check it with the team.

Hola!
Yo acabo de instalar Fresco por primera vez para porbarlo (normalmente uso Photoshop) y al intentar crear un documento nuevo se cierra. Tengo la tarjeta grafica actualizada
(RTX3060, RAM 16GB, AMD Ryzen 5 5600H)
Existe alguna solucion? no encuentro ninguna en linea.

We understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes. Would you mind trying to update the OS(https://adobe.ly/4cPfgcG) and Fresco(https://adobe.ly/3Ud93Qs) to the latest version and checking if it helps? Also, try the following steps and share your observations:

1. Go to Creative Cloud Desktop Application

2. Press Ctrl+Alt+R

3. It will show a dialog to Relaunch

4. Click Continue and wait for 2-3 minutes

5. Launch Fresco

 

Also, kindly reinstall the GPU drivers (Intel / NVIDIA / AMD) and set the Graphics Preference to High-Performance for Fresco (https://adobe.ly/3xz8sQj) and check if it helps.

 

Additionally, check if all of your work is synced online (https://adobe.ly/4as2iA8). If yes, please try resetting Fresco (https://adobe.ly/4d34Q9A...) and share your observations.
