Fresco - We can’t verify your subscription status.

I've just installed Fresco no my desktop and I'm getting the following

 

We can’t verify your subscription status.

 

I'm connected to the internet and have a full CC subscription, all my other apps are working fine so this is limited to Fresco, in addition Fesco is working fine on my (second device) Surface pro 🤷‍♂

Have you tried signing in with your Adobe account?  If you already have signed in, have you tried signing out and signing back in? Also,  try signing out of the version on your Surface and see if that helps with your desktop.  There may be a device limitation, much like how with Photoshop or other apps limit the number of devices a particular app is connected to.
