Fresco Windows 10 (3.1.0) Immediately closing after splash screen

Was working for months, but recently something changed and now it when I start it, it will open the splash screen but then immediately close. No errors or anything pop up after. I uploaded the logs using the Adobe log collector. I have the zip as well if there's specific logs that may be helpful to upload here as well, just don't want to upload all of them publicly in case there's something sensitive there but if there isn't let me know and I'll throw up the zip.

Tried reinstalling Fresco, then Creative Cloud, and went into the folders and made sure all the file were actually gone before reinstalling. Not sure what else to try from here.
