Fresco won't install on my Windows 11 PC, but my system exceeds all minimum requirements...

I cant work out why Fresco wont install, and so hoping someone can point out why. System Details as follows...

OS Version: Windows 11 Home 64 bit - 23H2 (os build version: 22631.4317) 

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 5800X 8-Core Processor 3.80 GHz

RAM: 16Gb

GPU: AMD Radeon RX550

GPU Driver version: Adrenalin Edition 25.5.1 Driver Version 23.19.23.01  for Windows® 10 and Windows® 11 (Windows Driver Store Version 31.0.21923.1000).

Hard Disk space: >1.4 TB

I replaced my GPU specifically to support Fresco because my old one did not have the required DirectX 12.1. I cant therefore see why the download is telling me my system is not compatible - Please help! What am I missing?..
