Fresco won't open on brand new HP computer

Hello-

I have read and reviewed many posts-

I have and open all my Adobe items- Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat through Creative Cloud - my computer has no issues except Fresco opens and I see the front desktop of Fresco and then it pops off.

I reviewed DaveJCummings requirements for my computer and I have everything?

Other suggestions- everyithign else runs fine and Freso runs fine on my iPad- small screen- I want to work on my huge screens-

I know, not all windows devices are compatible with Fresco. Here's what Fresco is
compatible with helpx.adobe.com/fresco/system-requirements.html? promoid=45P49TCS&mv=other
