Fresco won’t send to my desktop anymore

I used to be able to send my fresco drawing to my desktop illustrator- it has stopped working and only gets sent to my laptop, or if the laptop is off, it doesn't arrive anywhere, I really need this to work, does anyone have any fixes

This feature still works.

Have you updated one of the apps and not the other?

It might be looking for a specific version is what I'm thinking.

Everything is up to date.
It worked when I did it yesterday, so maybe it has sorted itself out.

By the way do you know if a lot of large design files in dropbox app slows
down the computer, desktop seems to take forever to get started. Would
storing them in the cloud be better?

Computers need free space to run efficiently, so when ever you can store files off the device it helps to keep space free on the device. Cloud storage allows easy access from multiple devices which can make the workflow more efficient as well.
