Fresco Won't Update

I have a photographer Creative Cloud account. When I heard about the new free version of Fresco with the premium paywall removed, I downloaded it to my Surface Pro 11. However, it is version 5.5.0 with the brushes locked. When I go to the Creative Cloud, it states that Fresco is up to date. How can I get it to update to latest 5.5.7 version?

I think the problem is that this is the ARM version of Fresco, which has not been updated to the free 5.5.5 version yet.

Have you had a chance to check and see the status of Fresco 5.5.7 for arm machines such as the Surface Pro 11?
