Frozen Frescos

Hi please help.  Frescos is frozen and I'm not concerned about loosing the actual file I was working on.  However I'm very concerned about loosing files that I have saved in 'Files' but are not saved to the cloud.  (I specifically make files 'available offline'.

And what is the procedure for unfreezing it?

Thanks

If the file is not open it should not be affected by the freeze. You should be able to turn the app off without losing any unopen content. Considering you've got everything saved offline, I would either find where the file is saved and back a backup, if this is possible. Or turn on the cloud so that you can back everything up to the cloud.

Then check for updates to the app, try unistall/reinstall and see if any of the general fixes prevent your app from freezing again. Once that is sorted you can go back to making everying available offline.

This was very helpful. One basic question- when you say ‘turn the app
off’, how do you do that? When I close Frescos and reopen it, it’s still
trying to perform a ‘filling’ function and is stuck.
Thanks
