Graphics card not compatible error for new version of Fresco

I can't seem to upgrade to the current version of Fresco. I am running Windows 10 with 4 graphics cards, the latest being the NVIDIA RTX 2080. When I visit the Intel site it tells me the graphics drivers are up to date. Fresco 2.1.0 seems to be running fine. When I try to upgrade to 2.7.0 I get the error message that "Graphics card not compatible error for new version of Fresco". I cannot see a list of compatible / incompatible graphics cards anywhere so I don't know how to resolve this problem.

If you feel your system meets the system requirements I would contact the Fresco team directly by email at frescohelp at adobe dot com to see if they can help solve your upgrading issues.

Exactly.  I'm kind of lost when it comes to graphic cards. I always thought it just needs one, so seeing that he has 4, I'm like "whoa" But the help team in the email Sjanni supplied with help .
