He perdido mi trabajo

Hola. Hace dos años empecé un proyecto con Fresco. Ahora quiero retomarlo, pero ha desaparecido todo lo que tenía hecho. Sólo tengo lo que guardé como jpg. Pero no logro acceder a lo que había hecho con capas. ¿Sabéis dónde se guarda y cómo puedo recuperarlo? Gracias.

Sí, ya he revisado ahí. Pero no hay nada de ese proyecto. He probado con otra cuenta antigua y tampoco hay nada. No lo entiendo. Parece que ha desaparecido todo lo que hice. Y estoy segura de que yo no lo he borrado. ¿Puedo recuperarlo de otra forma? Gracias por tu respuesta.

I’m really sorry to hear that your project has disappeared—it must be incredibly frustrating. From what I can see, your current account appears to be a free user account, and it looks fairly new. If you had an older account where you originally worked on the project, there’s a chance the files might still be associated with it.

 

Could you send me a direct message (DM) with the email of your old account? To do this, just click on my profile and select “Message” to send me a private message. I can check if your files are still linked to that account.

 

Just to clarify, sync data doesn’t get deleted automatically—it can remain stored for years. If your work was not synced properly and then deleted or lost due to reinstalling the app, it would not be possible to recover. But if you were logged into the correct email account when you worked on the project, there’s still hope we can track it down.
