Question

Hello there, I have a yearly subscription on the fresco and the associated photoshop app. Now all of a sudden my fresco maps on my ipadpro are gone, but they are still in the photoshop app, how can I get those back in fresco?

Hello there, I have a yearly subscription on the fresco and the associated photoshop app. Now all of a sudden all my fresco maps on my ipadpro are gone except some individual files, but the maps are still in the associated photoshop app, how can I get my maps with loads of work back in fresco? Please help!

Now all of a sudden all the maps have reoccured in Fresco, I hope it stays there, don’t know how or who did it, but I am relieved!

Yesterday i made a new drawing and saved it in fresco, today it suddenly transferd to photoshop, howcome?

Hello Abishek,

my ipad has updated two days ago to version 26.5.2 and my fresco has version 7.4.2.
My maps are still missing in Fresco so I cannot make a screenshot from it.

Please help me out!

Sorry to hear this happened. I understand how concerning it is when your work suddenly seems to disappear.

Could you please check whether the missing folders and files are still visible at https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents?

Also, could you let us know your exact Adobe Fresco version, iPadOS version, and whether this issue started after a recent Fresco or iPadOS update? If possible, please share a screen recording showing the missing folders in Fresco alongside the same folders/files visible in Photoshop. This will help us investigate the issue further.

Hello Abishek,

thank you for replying.

My ipadpro version is 26.5 and I don’t know when it has updated. Fresco version I cannot find anywere.

All maps and files are still in the Adobe cloud, but none of them has the Fresco logo next to it, but only the PS or the AI logo.

The last file I worked on was on the 5th of July and when I wanted to work further on it two days later, it was gone, but still in the photoshop app.

Since then I have been struggeling to get my maps and files back into the app.

I cannot work in photoshop for I use vectorbrushes.

I counted 36 files in fresco and no maps were found there.

In the photoshop app are 54 files and 21 maps with a lot of files.

So 18 standalone files and 21 maps are missing in Fresco.

On your request I made a series of screenshots but I don’t know how to share the screen shots.

I hope you can help me retrieve the missing maps and files.
