HELP - I can’t import a picture anymore ???

Turn your iPad sideways, the rest of the tool bar will appear

There is no button for import photo:/ 

I found the import function, but when I select my photo it closes the photos window and doesn't add my photo. 

this is now at the top. your tools moved from the side to the top.. it’s still there. unlike me….I lost all my custom palettes

Sorry for the experience. With the recent Fresco update, the toolbar layout has changed, which can definitely make things confusing at first. Please go through the "What's New in Fresco 7.3" section here for reference regarding the updated interface and tool locations:

Please check the toolbar at the top of the screen. You should now see the "Add Image" option located between the Text tool and the Eyedropper tool. From there, you can import a picture and use it as your underlayer/reference image from the layer options.
