Help! I'm missing some features

I've been using Fresco for years, and I just realized the version I am using isn't the latest, greatest version even though it is up-to-date. No idea what is going on. I just updated to version 5.7 but I am missing some features. For example, the screenshot below shows the "add images" tab on the left with all the cool new features like "Elements" and my boring old version on the right. Anybody have any ideas as to why I don't have the cool stuff?

    Your image on the left is showing iPad version 6.6.1. The one on the right is Windows version 5.7. Both of these are the latest versions; "Elements" hasn't made it to the Windows version yet.
