Help with "Would you mind creating a UserVoice for this feature request (https://adobe.ly/3WeYSvS)

In a response to a question I posted, I received this response below.  I don't know how to "create a UserVoice for this feature" - when I click the link, there are no instructions on how to proceed.

fresco how to  control the dynamics a water colour brush in real time after painting so it stops blooming. cant get to dry mode fast enough when its bloomed the perfect amount. maybe a button or say stop blooming??
