How do I access the new iOS Fresco $9.90 yearly plan?

I can get to the area that offers the paid subscriptions but this particular one is not there.

    That looks like an error to me. Since it is on their Apple Store page I guess they may have to honor it though.

    Have you got any other sort of Adobe subscription? Maybe contacting sales rather than a user forum will be your best option.

    Thank you for replying. I've seen this offer on the App Store for a bit now. No, I don't have any other Adobe subs. The sales department inquiry is a good idea none the less. I will try them as well and post results here.

    I need to apologize to everyone. 
    I completely forgot to let you know how it turned out. 
    It DIDN'T. 

    Adobe said they have never offered this discount. 
    They suggested I contact Apple. 
    I did through the iOS App Store but I'm not sure if I did it right. Either way they never replied.
