How do I draw a basic shape in Fresco?

By far, Fresco is the worst of the worst Adobe app. It is impossible to draw a basic shape like a circle or a square!!! I know people are talking about a "work around" but I don't want a work around. I don't pay hundreds of dollar to "work around". Please bring back the basic shape feature. Unbelievable!

There is a basic shape feature under the ruler in the bottom right corner of Fresco.

I have no idea why it was moved out of the shapes tool, but it is still available to use.

I am looking at fresco right now and there is nothing under the ruler, and when I click on the ruler I only get basic ruler, no other options, no shapes. This is rediculous. Not only that, but doing anything in Fresco seems overly complicated and Im about to cancel my adobe subscription because they just keep making things stupider. My daughter can't beleive that there isn't even a symmetry option and switched back to procreate. WHAT HAPPENED TO ADOBE!!!
