How do you make a floating reference/navigator canvas in fresco?

Thanks for reaching out. Adobe Fresco doesn't have a native feature for creating a floating reference or navigator canvas like the one shown in the video you mentioned.

However, there is an App setting in Fresco under the Input section > Show touches. That might be of some help.
