Question

How to access premium features?

I recently found out fresco was getting rid of the premium version, so I decided to download it and give it a try. However, I am unable to access the premium functions (import fonts, brushes, ect.)

I tried to "upgrade", and it prompted me to pay $79 for free fresco and photoshop. I’m on an iPad Pro 13", if that matters.

What am I missing here?

Hi @4amLuke and @majore!,

I completely understand how frustrating this must be, and I appreciate your patience while we look into it.

Currently, the ability to access more fonts in Fresco is only available with specific subscriptions, including:

• Fresco + Photoshop on iPad

• Photoshop Single App subscription

• Creative Cloud All Apps subscription

If you're on a different plan, Fresco won’t enable the "More Fonts" option. However, all brushes in Fresco are now free and should be available to you.

I really appreciate your patience, and I hope this helps clarify things!

Best,

Do you have an Adobe Creative Cloud Subscription?

Hello! Same issue here. Fresco 6.10 on an IPad Pro 10.5 Inch. Despite I have a Photo Subscription with LR and PS included, I cannot Download more fonts (which should be included in my subscription). Fresco asks me to Upgrade to a Premium Version with extra costs. Any ideas?

Hi @4amLuke and @majore!,

I’m sorry for the delayed response and the trouble you’re facing with accessing premium features in Fresco. Could you please confirm if this issue is still happening for you?

@4amLuke, please try signing out and signing back into both Fresco and the Creative Cloud app on your iPad. All brushes in Fresco are now free, so you should have access to them without any additional cost. However, fonts do require a subscription, which should be included in certain plans. Could you also confirm which version of Fresco you’re using?

@majore!, I checked, and with the Lightroom 1TB plan linked to the email you’re logged in with here, you should have access to Adobe Fonts. Please ensure you’re logged in with the same email on both the Creative Cloud app and Fresco so everything syncs properly on your iPad.

Please let me know if this helps fix the issue or if you need more help!

Best,

Anshul
