Question

How to actually turn off ruler snapping?

Even after turning off rotation snapping in the precision settings, the ruler still snaps to 90 degree increments. This makes it really hard to do very subtle angles that are close to 90 degree increments.

Does anyone know if there is another setting specific to the ruler?

Side note, is there a way to visualize the ruler's rotation point? I'm using a wacom tablet so I can't use 2 fingers to more accurately rotate the ruler. Would be nice if there was a way to lock the rotation point so you can more accurately/easily line up 2 points.

Hello @Rudhra37065364wxkt,

I tried replicating this behavior on my end but could not. Would you mind confirming the version of the OS/Fresco, your device model and a small screen recording of the problem, so I can check it with the team?

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi @Anubhav M thanks for taking a look! I'm using Windows 11 Pro, Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631. Fresco version shows 5.5.5. My device is a custom built PC (can share parts list if that's relevant), and I experienced this issue both with using a Wacom tablet and just with my mouse (which makes sense since the Wacom is just simulating the mouse). Attached is a screen recording of the issue.
