How to color pick when on desktop?

I cant seem to figure out how to color pick in Fresco when on desktop windows 10. In photoshop when on brush tool you press alt, and its a modifier but in Fresco nothing happens. It's the one of main reasons Im not using it because I cant pick colors unless I manuelly select eye dropper tool every few brush strokes.

The 'i' key lets you quickly select the eye dropper. Once selected move the tool to the colour you want to use, then press the 'b' key to return to the brush 'h' for live or 'V' for Vector. Or is this the action you are complaining that you have to do?

yes.. the ideal workflow while on the desktop is a toggle via the 'alt' key or a user specified key similar to photoshop. The description above. Press 'i', move mouse' press 'v' or 'h' takes me out of the rythm.
