How to zoom in specific areas

I don't know if there's a solution for this but, I'm using an xp pen tablet (non touch screen) and I can zoom in and out with my wheel's short cut but I can only zoom in or out from the center, if I want to zoom in a corner I can't. I'm knew to fresco but this problem means I can't use the app which is a shame since it's everything i'm looking for.

    Hi, I'm pretty new to fresco (digital drawing actually) but I pan to the section I want then zoom in with mouse wheel. Hold space bar while using the pen to navigate to certain area then zoom with mouse. Hope this helps.
